  1. License to incubate

    When your project is licensed with a Rootical Incubation Services Certificate you will have the right to operate from within THIS PLACE LOS ANGELES. As a Rootical client this guarantees your creativity access to all of the incentives and concessions that THIS PLACE LOS ANGELES has to offer.

  2. The facilities to operate

    Depending on the number of people you wish to locate within the THIS PLACE LOS ANGELES, and based on how quickly you wish to grow, your package will include either the use of individual serviced studio stations, or custom designed studio facilities specific to your needs, together with appropriate hosting or co-location facilities and services.

  3. Five year Work/Residency Passports for your people

    Our packages include the Rootical Passport, which acts as a five year work/residency membership for your management and staff.

FlexiTime – Includes the Rootical Membership Certificate needed to incubate your residency and one five year Rootical Passport as well as an individual portal (Standard) or studio (Premium) space designed to be available when you need it (up to 90 days during the calendar year – shared) together with shared incubation centre facilities. Pricing from US$ 12,950 per annum.

DedicatedTime – Includes the Rootical Membership Certificate needed to incubate your residency and one five year work/residency passport together with a single portal (Standard) or studio (Premium) space that is permanently available for your use together with shared incubation centre facilities. Pricing from US$ 23,750 per annum.

StudioTime – Includes the Rootical Membership Certificate needed to incubate your residency, and the five year Work/Residency Passport for your team, as well as private, enclosed furnished accommodations, along with shared incubation centre facilities. Pricing for a Single Small Studio-Time Residence from US$ 35,450, a Double Small Studio-Time Residence from US$ 39,750, a Double Large Studio-Time Residence from US$ 47,250, a Triple Large Studio-Time Residence from US$ 51,450 per annum and a Work Suite Studio-Time Residence from US$ 115,000 per annum.

RooticalTime – A complete customised package tailored to the needs of your residency and team including all permits together with portal and studio facilities sized to your specific requirements.
